All street closures and parking suspension as Tour of Britain involves Southend

All parking bays in Ness Highway from its junction with Warerford Highway to its junction with the roundabout that serves Elm Highway, Delaware Highway, Caulfield Highway and North Shoebury Highway may also be suspended from 12.01am on Friday September 8 to roughly 1pm that very same day.
